The Office of the Registrar provides services to support student development at the Marine Institute. Services include program advising, admissions and registration; grade handling and reporting; the application of academic policies and regulations; maintenance of student records; and coordination of graduation and certification activities.

Student Affairs offers services to current students, future students, staff and faculty. Services include personal, financial and academic guidance as well as referrals to specialized services available on campus and in the community.

The Placement Office coordinates student work term employment for programs offered by the Marine Institute. It is a liaison between current students, alumni and employers.
