The Role of the Coordinator of Advanced Programs

1. Contact all Project Supervisors and provide them with information packages regarding the Technical Report Project.
2. Accept suggestions for Examiners from Project Supervisors and submit for approval to Course Instructor.
3. Accept electronic copies of the final project report and forward these to the appropriate Examiners - along with evaluation guidelines.
4. Receive all grades from Course Instructors and forward the student's final grade to the Registrar's office.

NOTE: The Coordinator of Advanced Programs does not contribute to the overall evaluation.
