Length of Study:
This graduate certificate program is designed for professionals already working in the food sector or mid-career professionals considering entering the food sector for the first time. Through this online program you will advance by learning and applying the factors affecting food safety and food safety systems essential for the production and distribution of safe food intended for human consumption.
This theory-based program is offered completely online. The program consists of four courses including one required course and three electives chosen from an approved list.
To be admitted to this program you must have a bachelor degree, a three-year diploma of technology or a combination of work experience and formal education acceptable to the Admissions Committee.
