Click on Student Self Service

Click on Create Account:

• Enter your student number.
  
  

• Enter Date of birth.
  
  

• Enter cell phone and/or personal email address that will be used in case you need to recover your password at a future date.
  
  

• Once you’ve gone through the Create Account process, you should have your MUN Login ID and password (please note that your MUN Login ID and Student number are not the same thing).
  
  

• You should then be forwarded to my.mun.ca.
  
  

• Once in my.mun.ca, click on the “Students” tab, click “Launch Memorial Self-Service” to proceed to the Student Self-Service site.

• Log into: Student self Service.
  
  
• Click to register for courses.
  
  
  • Select: Register for Classes.

• Select a Term: Pull down arrow to Winter 2025-2026.
  
  
  • Click continue.
    
    
• Skip the next page by clicking Advanced Search.
  
  
• Scroll down page to Attribute.
  
  
  • Scroll inside this box looking for your program.
    
    
  • There may be several groups for your program (eg. Nautical Science Term 2 Group 1, Naval Architecture Term 2 Group 2).
    
    
  • Students must select a group and register for all courses in the one group.
    
    
• Click on Search at the bottom of the page.

Every course you need for your program will be listed under each group.

• Click the ADD boxes next to each course and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  
  
  • As you ADD courses a summary will appear at the bottom right-hand side of page.
    
    
  • As you ADD courses the scheduled times of each course will appear at the bottom left-hand side of page.

• Click on Registration.
  
  
• View Registration information.
  
  
• Select Term 2025-2026 Winter.

• You are responsible for the courses you register for.
  
  
• Please ensure that the courses you have selected are the course necessary for graduation of your chosen program.
  
  
• Refer to the Marine Institute Academic Calendar or consult an academic advisor.
