Fire Rescue
Last date - Students in Fire Rescue can drop courses and receive 50% refund of tuition for winter semester

Last day - students in diploma, advanced diploma, post-graduate certificate, Technical Certificate - Marine Diesel Mechanics program to drop courses and receive a 25% refund of tuition fees

The Marine Institute Learning and Resource Centre is designed for students facing challenges related to academic course work in electrotechnology, physics and math. The Centre offers academic support for ELTK (1100/1102/1200/1202/1204), Math and Physics. Instructors from these courses will be available throughout the week to assist students with assignments, exam prep or general academic support in their courses.

The help centres in physics and math and electrotechnology are open to first year students.
The Learning and Resource Centre is located in the Dr. C.R. Barrett Library. Links to the remote LRC are available in the Math and Electrotechnology Brightspace course shells.
All tutors in the Learning and Resource Centre are faculty members within the specific subject area.
