At the Marine Institute, we believe in the importance of staying active and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. There are many opportunities to become involved in a recreation and fitness program during your time at the Marine Institute, including fitness classes such as spin class, CrossFit, strength and conditioning classes, intramural sports, and varsity sports.

Virtual Fitness classes will start this Wednesday, April 7th and will run to the week of June 30th.

The schedule for the semester is:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:00pm (Click here to join the class)

NEW FEATURE: For those of you who cannot make the virtual fitness class during its scheduled time, the classes will be recorded and uploaded to Rose's Virtual Fitness Channel on Stream: Videos will be uploaded after every class and available for 24 hours.
