• Cleaning - all touched surfaces in both cardio and weight room must be cleaned after each use.

Sarah Hiscock (She/They) - Recreation Coordinator

Sarah studied Community Studies majoring in Sports and Physical Activity Leadership while playing varsity basketball at Cape Breton University. She is a 200hr Registered yoga teacher and L1 CrossFit coach. Sarah teaches all the fitness classes here at MI! Gaby Perugini (She/Her) - Student Assistant

Gaby is from Toronto, Ontario and has been a part of the gym staff since 2022. She is completing her Masters of Fisheries Science here at MI. She leads intramurals at 12:00 and helps organize fieldtrips including hikes, skiing, and skating!

Kerri Lynch (She/They) – Student Assistant

Kerri is from Toronto, Ontario and is completing her Masters of Fisheries Science here at MI. She joined the gym in 2023 and has loved incorporating strength with functional mobility to keep everyone moving better for longer! You will see Kerri at Intramurals and coaching some 4:00 strength classes!

Sami El-Sayed (He/Him) – Student Assistant

Sami is from Kuwait City, Kuwait and is starting a masters in Geography at MUN! He comes to the student Recreation Team excited to meet new people and spend his evenings in the gym.
