The Marine Institute is Canada’s leading centre of marine learning and applied research. We are dedicated to education, training, applied research, and industrial support. Our programs range from technical certificates to undergraduate and graduate degrees. We are one of four campuses of Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) and located not far from the St. John’s Campus.

The Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) Department manages international student recruitment and provides international student services. We also collaborate closely with the MI International (MII) and MUN's Internationalization Office (IO) to provide various support for program seeking, exchange and visiting international students at MI.
