The Marine Institute is also interested in partnering with local firms from Atlantic Canada to expand global partnerships and contracts related to education, climate change, and coastal sustainability. MI is targeting projects funded by the World Bank, Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), African Development Bank (AfDB), and Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as private partnerships with industry.
