The fire fighting facility and outdoor test tank located in Foxtrap, Newfoundland and Labrador, offers the following:

• A large environmentally secured fire field complete with marine, offshore petroleum, helicopter, and industrial pressure fire simulators
• Stair tower with high-angle rescue and vertical extraction capability over three stories in height
• Confined space environment
• Firefighting equipment including various sizes of hoses, stationary monitors, extinguishers and eductors
• Personal protective equipment
• Emergency response/firefighting vehicles including crash and pump trucks
• 20 metre by 10 metre by two metre environmentally secure outdoor test tank which is floodable for a range of test applications (including fire and ice/harsh environment)
