OCIL welcomes employers and recruiters on campus throughout the year to meet, hire and mentor our students and graduates. We can assist you in organizing and promoting your on-campus session and inform them about opportunities within your organization at no cost.

We can assist you in many ways with your recruitment efforts, some of which include:

• Host an information session or presentation. We welcome and encourage you to deliver company presentations or information sessions to students/alumni as part of our Career Synergy Series. Please contact our OCIL team to arrange details.
• Interviews. For employers who wish to conduct student or graduate interviews on campus, we are pleased to offer you our office space and/or boardrooms with reasonable notice. If you would like to interview our students but are unable to meet with them in person, we are also able to set up teleconferencing or video conferencing at your request.
• Networking. On campus networking events can be scheduled to meet with selected student groups in a casual business atmosphere.
