Facility Location: Ridge Road campus, St. John's
Fitted with realistic equipment and a visualization system, the Heritage Bridge simulator is integrated with the CMS Full Motion Bridge and the Offshore Operations simulator to allow for interaction between vessel to recreate joint operations including ship to ship transfer, towing, or joint exercises. In addition to its use in shuttle tanker operations and dynamic positioning training, the Heritage Bridge simulator is also used for BRM, Leadership and Management, Advanced Ship Maneuvering, and Polar Navigation.
