Graduating in June 2026? Apply now through Memorial Self-Service. The deadline is March 6, 2026. If you have any questions, please email graduation@mi.mun.ca.

As you get ready to celebrate your accomplishments, let us help you with those final steps. From applying to graduate to receiving your diploma, we have all the information you need.

To apply for Graduation, log in to Student Self Service.

• Friday, March 6, 2026 - Deadline to apply for graduation.
• Candidates can check the Student Self-Service for their status.
• Friday, June 19, 2026
  • 10:00 am - Graduation rehearsal in Gymnasium. All graduates and heads of schools must attend.
  • 11 am - 1:30 pm - Graduates pick up academic gowns from room W2048.
  • 1:45 pm - Heads of schools and faculty join graduates to begin procession.
  • 2:00 pm - Graduation Ceremony Begins.

Graduates are asked to return gowns to room W2048 following the ceremony. A reception will follow in the Marine Institute cafeteria.
