Parent and supporter orientation

For parents and supporters of first-year students, orientation takes place Monday, Sept. 5, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. More details can be found here: https://www.mi.mun.ca/mistartup/parentsandfamilies/

Orientation for first-year students

For first-year diploma and certificate students, orientation activities take place Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. See the Fall Start-Up page for schedule details.

Gym activities

For all students, relay races take place in the gym Thursday, Sept. 8, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. An open gym is scheduled for the same day from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Yoga for female/non-binary students takes place in the gym on Friday, Sept. 9, from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Bring your own mat or borrow one at the gym.

Open gym is also scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for all students to meet new people, play sports or just hang out.
