What Will I Learn?

In this program, you’ll explore diverse aquatic environments—from peaceful lakes to dynamic rivers, and from coastal zones to the delicate offshore ecosystems. Your role will be twofold: safeguarding the marine environment and devising effective strategies for managing our precious marine resources. Through hands-on experiences, you’ll seek innovative solutions both in the field and the lab, as well as during collaborative classroom discussions.

Upon graduation, you’ll join the ranks of highly respected professionals who wield influence in this rapidly expanding environmental sector.

Admission Requirements

Adherence to our Application and Admission Regulations either upon high school graduation (following a period of employment subsequent to graduation), or by transfer from another post-secondary institution.

Admission requirements vary based on your previous education and your intended program of study at the Marine Institute. Note some programs require a medical for completion of the program.
