Fire Rescue
Registration begins at 7:00pm for Fire Rescue Term 1 for Winter 2026 semester
Students who have been accepted and conditionally accepted pending submission of pre-requisite documents will not be permitted to register for classes until satisfactory copies of the required medical, driver's license with air brake endorsement and letter of conduct have been received by the Registrar's Office

Certificate of Achievement
Chief Mate or Master Certificate; and Participants are accepted on the recommendation of the company
This course develops an understanding of statical stability theory,criteria for stability assessment and rules and regulations impacting onvessel stability. Emphasis is placed on practical application of the theory to calculate statical stability parameters under specific conditions of load and then compare this to accepted stability standards.
