Certificate of Achievement NFPA 1003 Testing available upon request
Two Day Basic Firefighting or SERT Competency Checklist; Valid Driver’s License with Airbrake Endorsement; Medical Clearance in accordance with MI Policy; Valid SCBA Fit Testing NFPA 1003 Testing Pre-Requisites (as outlined by Fire and Emergency Services NL): Certification to NFPA 1001 Firefighter II; Certification to NFPA 472 Hazardous Materials Operational Level
To provide the student with basic knowledge to perform the duties of an entry-level fire fighter at an airport.
