Course Description

This is an introductory course in the theory and practice of navigation. It includes the fundamentals of the terrestrial coordinate system and practical use of the nautical chart. It also includes navigation safety and bridge watch procedures for Watchkeeping Mate of a fishing vessel of less than 24 metres in length.
