Course Description

This workshop has been developed at the request of the Nunavut Fisheries Training Consortium (NFTC).

Course Outline

To provide partipants with:

  1. Practical approach to the knowledge and skills required to produce various artic char products.
  2. Increased awareness of their role in the production of quality products with an understanding of food safety and factors affecting cost and productivity.
