4.0 Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and Related Regulation

5.0 Pollution Prevention and Reporting

6.0 Maintaining a Safe Navigational Watch and Related Bridge Teamwork Procedures

7.0 Practical Rope Work including Knots, Bends and Hitches
