Course Description
The purpose of this course is to prepare participants to demonstrate the ability to apply the knowledge detailed in the oral examination syllabus for the Master Mariner certificate, contained in “TP2293 – The Examination and Certification of Seafarers”. Candidates for Master Mariner certification should demonstrate the ability to apply the knowledge outlined in this oral examination syllabus by appropriate responses, anticipations and reactions to a range of routine, non-routine and contingency scenarios as presented by the examiner, from the perspective of the duties and responsibilities associated to the validity of the Master Mariner certificate.
