This course is a one-day introductory course to leadership. This course will develop an understanding of leadership through the core qualities of a leader, inclusive leadership, team cohesion and creating a vision for your personal leadership brand. Developing a fundamental understanding of leadership and its application through all levels of organizations is critical to organizational success.
