Bridge Resource Management (BRM) course    

This course reviews the key elements of Bridge Resource Management (BRM) as they relate to ship operations and reinforces the need for ship bridge teams to maintain a high standard of safety when operating ships.       This  7 hour course is supported by a learning management system called BRIGHTSPACE (formally Desire2Learn or D2L). This web-based application will allow you to access all your course materials and communicate with your instructor and your classmates.

2.0 Error Chain Analysis and Breaking, Situational Awareness, and Case Studies

3.0 Master / Bridge Team - Pilot Relationship

4.0 Leadership, Bridge Organization, and Teamwork

5.0 Communication

6.0 Emergency Situation Preparedness
