This course is designed to provide participant with the knowledge and skills necessary to use the International Code of Signals, extract a variety of necessary information from the Canadian Publications Radio Aids to Marine Navigation and Notices to Mariners – Annual Edition, send and receive signals by Morse light, and use IMO’s Standard Marine Communication Phrases.
