Course Description

This course provides participants with an overview of foraging with a focus on safe and sustainable foraging. Participants will learn about required equipment, basic plant identification, and basic mushroom identification. The course includes a hands-on foraging walk and preparation of a basic lunch using foraged food/ingredients.
